Problem:
You are working on a site under development and want translations to come through using WPML. Despite checking the memory capacity and making adjustments, the WPML translation remains stuck on 'in progress'.
Solution:
If you're using automatic translation, we recommend going to WPML → Support and clicking the Troubleshooting link. Then, select "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs." Afterward, resend the translation. Alternatively, you can refer to our article for further guidance: https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:

Hello Andrey or colleague,

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried both options. Mainly the second one, so mentioned in this article (https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/) worked for most of the pages exept for the "Order Autentik Cacao" page. This keeps getting stuck.

Do you have any other options to resolve this problem?

What if you attempt the following steps?

- Make a small modification to the original page and save it
- Navigate to WPML → Translation Management and resend for translation
- Complete the translation

Thank you for the information. I was able to finish the translation. I just went to the page, clicked on translation, and completed it. It looks to be fine now.
