Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the online store on my site, which is set to work with multiple domains. The main domain is Bulgarian viviscal.bg, and for different languages, we use subdomains of viviscal-store.com.
Symptoms:
The delivery price is incorrectly set to 500 euros instead of 5 euros. This issue has been reported in the Croatian and Greek subdomains.
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Thanks for your reply. I noticed the site uses multiple languages with different subdomains. Could you please record a screen capture showing the steps to add a product in both Croatian and Greek? Include the checkout process where the incorrect shipping price appears. Once I review the recording, I’ll investigate the issue further.
Hello, during the order everything is normal, the shipping fee is 5 euros, as it should be. But when changing the order status in woocommerce, the shipping amount becomes 500 euros and the customer notification email is with the wrong value. When the order value allows free shipping, we have not encountered such a problem.
Alright then, we will work on your production site. Could you please show me what do you mean by "when changing the order status in woocommerce, the shipping amount becomes 500 euros and the customer notification email is with the wrong value". Can you show a screen recording for this step?
Hello.
I am sending you the steps to follow to see how the problem appears.
I created one order for you. When you go to WooCommerce - Orders - Open Order Number #30835 - Go to "Status" (change it from "Proceed" to "Pending Payment" or "Completed") - then press "Update". When it updates, the original price for Delivery/ Shipping bellow from 5 Euros changes to 500 Euros.
When an order is finnished, we change the status to "Completed" and it sends email to customer with changed price.
Thanks for your reply. I can see the issue now hidden link . Could you restore that product and share snapshot of the site? Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.
To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:
1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link
3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.
Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.
Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
Could you please create one more test product so I can proceed with creating a copy of the website? I've already changed the order status to Pending Payment for this Order ID 30835, and the shipping price is now showing $500.
Please create a new order with the $5 shipping and ensure it's marked as "Processing."
Let me know once this is done so I can move forward.
Please also check this, we think it might be connected with the problem - when you change the status of an order to "Pending Payment" or "Completed" or "Proceed" the text in the order changes to mix between Bulgarian and English and clients language

I've tested this on my local dev site, and I can replicate it even after deactivating most of the plugins. I'll need to escalate this to our 2nd tier support for further investigation.
