We found the issue when the amount is under certain level and there is shipping tax and "payment at delivery". For now we know it happens for orders from Greece and Croatia. For certain countries like Germany, Spain and others there is only payment by card.
Sorry, I just want to make sure I understand correctly. Are you saying that this issue used to affect all users, but now it only happens for the user with the username misho? Please confirm if I got that right.

Another similar situation appear. When I changed the status of order #30878 to Completed it changed the price from 170.10 Euro to 1701 Euros. I had to fix it manually

When we receive an order we prepare it and change the status to "completed", so the customer gets an email with conformation the order is send. When the problem appears -the change in price by the system without a reason, we set the status to "pending payment" and CHANGE/FIX the price manually to the amount it should be. This is what I meant by "FIX".
This time the price change was in the price of the product, not in the shipping price. We were also surprised. I made a screen shot to send you. Then I change the price of the order to the one it should be, to send conformation to the customer.
Thank you for your reply. I placed a few test orders using the copy of your website on my local development site, but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you encountered. Could you try cloning the site to a separate staging environment? From there, we can begin deactivating some third-party plugins to check if the issue resolves.
