Reguarding my last supporting ticket "Saving options error" that has been closed too quickly I got an answer from the plugin developer of "wp sheet":
After talking to our lead developer, running multiple tests on your site, and checking compatibility issues with other plugins, we have come to the same conclusion we had before: The problem comes from WPML.
Let me explain, the issue does not happen when WPML is deactivated, therefore with that we narrow down lots of other potential causes.
The reason that content is duplicated is because WPML has those options active (see screenshot), and it seems there's no way to deactivate them, and that unfortunately does not fall on WP Sheet Editor hands, but WPML.
The three people in our team have come to the same conclusion, therefore, we urge you to contact WPML and ask them why you can't deactivate those options, since there is nothing else we can do on our end.
I've checked your screenshot and it looks like you misunderstood how the feature works.
In the "Media Translation" section you're referring to, there are two sections. The top section is used for the "Start" button which will run the feature to "Translate existing media in all languages", "Duplicate existing media for translated content" and "Duplicate the featured images for translated content"
And as for the bottom section, you can turn off and on the options that controls how Media Translation "handle media for new content".
As for the existing contents, you can edit the primary language page and turn off the duplicate media options as shown in the attached screenshot.
