Background of the issue:
The URL I provided is on PHP 8.2 for testing purposes and currently has errors with a broken navigation. This is the live version of what it should look like hidden link

Symptoms:
There are several errors and the navigation section is broken.

Questions:
Why does PHP 8.2 break the site?
How can I fix the errors and broken navigation section on the test site?
