pop-up warning for editing translation

rhondaF	Hello, We see the attached image from time to time, unsure why this keeps popping up and how to remove it for all users. We can setup the original translation editor and don't need any AI tools to automate as we do everything manual. Any ideas on how to remove this? Thanks
