Background of the issue:
I have an issue with the visibility of the post categories in a translated language. I created new categories in the new language and linked them to the primary language pages using 'This is a translation of'. I also updated the URL of the category. The issue can be seen at hidden link.
Symptoms:
The translated page is showing a 404 error instead of the category page that I want to use in the main menu.

Why is the translated category page showing a 404 error?
How can I make the translated category page visible in the main menu?
