I am adding blog and resource articles to my website in the primary/default language (English) and plan to translate them into secondary languages later. I want the articles to be accessible only in the default language until translations are available.
Symptoms:
When I publish an article in the default language, URLs for secondary languages are automatically generated, which negatively impacts SEO. The content defaults to the original language when switching the blog URL from the default language to a secondary language, but not the URL.

How can I prevent URLs for secondary languages from being generated when translations are unavailable?
