Background of the issue:
I'm using WPML together with ACF and Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual (Version 2.1.5). I updated several plugins including Advanced Custom Fields PRO 6.6.1, WPML Media Translation 3.0.0, and WPML Multilingual CMS 4.8.4. After these updates, I noticed an issue with WPML in the backend.

Symptoms:
There is a WPML icon in the backend's top bar that, when hovered over, displays a long list of fields and a message saying 'Updating affected posts for changes in translatable fields'. I did not make any changes in translatable fields before or after the update, so this message should not appear.

Questions:
Why is the WPML icon showing a message about updating affected posts for changes in translatable fields?
How can I prevent WPML from updating posts with translatable ACF fields when no changes were made?

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. That icon was introduced with the latest version of WPML. Do you still see that there is a message about updates, or is it just the icon showing now?
