I am trying to: translate Gravityview views with WPML

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: This section is not accessible for users. I send you a screenshot. The dropdown entries is translated but not appear.

I expected to see:The translated names in the dropdown (in should be in english).

Instead, I got: The french values.

I saw that you already help someone with Gravityview but I don't have enought infos to help me.

Can you answer me at this email please? marie-lyne@bonheurenvrac.ca

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the information. You said that the entries are already translated. Can you please share the steps you took to translate it?

Also, I noticed that you use W3 Total Cache on your website. Sometimes some translations won't show up on the Front End due to cached data. Please, clear all possible caches on your website, update the page and check if the content is showing up translated. Tell me how it goes.

Best regards,
Lucas Vidal

Hello!

I translate the entries from Gravity Forms. I use string translation from WPML. From the Gravity Form I saw the entries in the right language but when I check it in GravityView page (they come from Gravity form) they are not translated.

For the cache, I aready purge it and desactivate it but nothing change.

Thanks

Thank you for sharing.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
