Problem:
You are experiencing a 404 error when trying to access a translated page on your website.
Solution:
We recommend enabling the Redis Object Cache plugin on your site. After enabling it, navigate to Tools > Redis > Flush cache. This should resolve the issue and display the translated page correctly.

If this solution does not apply because it's outdated or not relevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I have a problem with the translated page hidden link. If you change the URL of this page by at least 1 character, it will be displayed. Under this URL, it shows a 404 error.

Symptoms:
404 error when accessing the translated page at hidden link

Questions:
Why does the translated page show a 404 error?
How can I fix the 404 error on the translated page?

Is the copy made by the duplicator taken from the site? How long will it take to solve the problem? Can I continue to edit the site ? Will I not interfere with the investigation?

After restoring your site on my local host, I don't see the issue, please check the attached screenshot.
There could be a caching issue or something else on your hosting, can you please contact your hosting support and ask them to check the URL on your site?

On your site, I enable the plugin Redis Object Cache then go to Tools > Redis > Flush cache. Now you can see the FAQ in the Russian language displayed properly.
