Background of the issue:
The footer us using a HTML widget with CSS. Once String Translation is enabled the layout breaks.

Symptoms:
The WPML String Translation is causing the footer layout to break.

Questions:
How can I resolve the footer layout issue caused by WPML String Translation?

When starting my shift today I found our ticket marked as resolved.
