Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and using WPML to translate it into multiple languages. I want to use the same images across all languages without installing the 'WPML Media Translation add-on'. As an example you can enter the following link: hidden link. In the original language, Spanish, all the images are shown for each of the municipalities, in the Valencian language some are shown and in English none.
Symptoms:
Some images are not displayed in the translated languages. The media library for each language is different, and only the original language contains all the images.
Questions:
Why are some images not displayed in the translated languages?
How can I use the same images for all languages without installing the 'WPML Media Translation add-on'?
