This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that after activating the WPML plugin, the rtcl-MyAccount-navigation lost all its links and pages. When the WPML plugin was deactivated, the functionality returned to normal.
Solution:
We recommended the client to check if the profile page was working correctly by visiting https://www.new.linkapet.com/my-account-test/. We also advised matching the settings in the site's WPML -> Settings -> Post Type Translation section with the sandbox, which can be accessed at https://www.new.linkapet.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm%2Fmenu%2Fsettings#ml-content-setup-sec-7. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. New.linkapet.com does not work in any language hidden link Please, could you help us fix a problem on our site? can we keep translations related to custom fields: if we need to delete the translations of the theme, plugins, would that solve the problem or is it something else? Hi, Thanks for trying to replicate the issue. Please let us focus on your site's profile page issue. Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps? 1- Deactivate all the plugins except the active plugins on the sandbox. Thanks for the prompt reply, seems to be a problem with Classified Listing Pro - Classified ads & Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listing - Classified ads & Business Directory Plugin Is there a way to delete or reset the translations for these plugins? maybe that would solve the problem, as well as the translations for the Theme... |

Hi, 1) Please upload these plugins to the sandbox site and let me know if the issue persists. 2) You can delete the translations if they are added as posts or strings, but that wouldn't reset WPML settings for these plugins. Best regards, |
