Background of the issue:
We have done all the translations throughout the site and emails using WPML. Our site is hidden link.
Symptoms:
When an order is placed in the second language, the customer may receive the first email in the language in which the order was placed, but the next email sent automatically after we change the order status is sent in the default language of the site.
Questions:
Can you help us resolve the issue where the second email is sent in the default language instead of the customer's chosen language?
