[Closed] Product subcategories urls not working when String Translation plugin is enabled

The product subcategories slugs are not working when the String Translation plugin is enabled. They work correctly when I disable the plugin.

EXAMPLE:

English page: hidden link
When I click on the widget to go to the Spanish page, it takes me to this 404 URL:

The subcategory is correctly translated in the Woocommerce -> Woocomerce multilingual settings, and if I type it in manually, the correct Spanish page loads:

Please note: the issue only affects the product SUBCATEGORY URLs, it doesn't affect main categories.

It's the same issue reported on this support ticket by another user. I follow the instructions here but haven't been able to fix it -

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
