Background of the issue:
I want to translate my products taxonomy in bulk or import/export because I have many attributes, categories, etc. The UI of WPML doesn't support this well. I received an answer from WPML (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-i-bulk-edit-or-import-export-woocommerce-product-categories-tags-attributes-translation/), but it doesn't solve my problem.
Symptoms:
The WPML UI does not support bulk editing or import/export of product attribute translations effectively.
