Random Permalink issue (HTTP 500)

larissaT-3	Background of the issue: Hi WPML, My website got random permalink issues. It can happen that after a while randomly I get a HTTP 500 on alle my subpages. After going to settings --> permalinks --> save the issue is gone and I can go to the subpages again. The homepages always works fine. I talked to my hosting and they immedialty said that they seen it more in the past with customers using WPML. Do you know how to fixes this? As I already saved the permalinks again the issue is not visible Symptoms: Questions:

Background of the issue:
Hi WPML,
