Thank you for contacting WPML support. Could you please show me how you set up redirects? Does it happen to one page only? What are the results of temporarily turning off all plugins except WPML and Rank Math SEO? Before proceeding with any updates, please remember to back up your database first. |

Thank you for your nice explanation. It is pretty interesting that redirection works when both plugins are deactivated. I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. |

What I have noticed so far. For logged-in users, it redirects to hidden link with and without WPML. For non-logged-in users, it redirects with WPML activated to hidden link And with WPML deactivated to hidden link I am wondering why, for logged-in users, it has the same redirect hidden link as seems to be not WPML related for this case. Looking further. |

Those redirects are probably cached somewhere on the server side. I disabled all the plugins on your staging site (including WPML). The results are the following: - Logged-in users are redirected to hidden link - Non-logged-in users to hidden link I think when WPML is activated, you are getting no cached redirects, the same as logged users would see. Could you check this with your hosting and ask them why you are getting redirected with all deactivated plugins? |

Here is their answer: I've tried testing the site white that is inactive and active. In all cases, both for logged in and logged out scenarios, the URL hidden link Also, this premium staging environment actually does not have any cache from the server-side. This is currently disabled: hidden link And from the headers, we can see that the redirection is coming from WordPress and that Kinsta's cache is bypassed. hidden link The redirection may come from the settings or configuration of WordPress, or the site's plugins or theme. I could confirm that this redirection does not come from the server-side however - there are no redirect rules or custom Nginx rules from the server-side. |

Thank you for your feedback and confirmation from the hosting. I double-checked what the hosting said about the redirects. I am still seeing different redirects for logged-in and logged-out users. I performed tests with other browsers. What result are you getting if you logged in (not checking the link with an incognito window)? I temporarily deactivated all the redirects in Rank Math SEO, but the redirects are still happening. Can you tell me where they come from? |

Hey, It seems RankMath Cache the redirections: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirection-cache/ I didn't set up any redirection outside RankMath I think at this point you should communicate directly with Kinsta and Rank Math support. Can you please send the "Sensitive Info" section so I can give you my login info. Their support reply fast |

And to answer your question when I am logged in I still have the problem Maybe it's an automated string translation that changes the URL? |

The thing is that all WPML plugins are deactivated, and I see different redirects for both logged-in and logged-out scenarios. The following scenario I am getting now on your staging site: 1) I logged in to your staging site 2) WPML plugins deactivated 3) I open this link hidden link 4) Got redirected to hidden link Which is an incorrect redirect, as you mentioned in this ticket. You need to find out why this happens so we can figure this out further with WPML activated. As you see, WPML is not making any affect here as it is deactivated. |

Hey Andrey, If I knew where the redirect came from I would have already solve the problem. This why I need your help guys: I don't know. I got another redirection problem caused by WMPL now. You can see here: x-redirect-by:WPML >>> hidden link > -------------------------------------------- Status: 301 Moved Permanently >>> hidden link > -------------------------------------------- Status: 200 OK ------- The redirection is caused by your plugin FYI I used the "Migrate from Polylang to WPML plugin" to transfer data from Polylang to WPML when I started using you service. Don't know if that helps Best, JB |

Thank you for your feedback. With the previous message, I wanted to point out about the tests I made. Those redirects happen without WPML, where I am helpless. If I open this link hidden link, I do not see any redirect. Could you elaborate, please? |
