This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to cancel their WPML subscription and request a refund as they no longer use WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this, we recommend that you request a refund by visiting https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/. Additionally, ensure that you deactivate the auto-renewal feature in your account on wpml.org/account to prevent future charges.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if you need further assistance. You can do so at WPML support forum.

Hello there,

You can ask for a refund via this link:
https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/

Also, in wpml.org/account, make sure that you have the auto-renewal deactivated. That should solve. Let me know.
