fanZ-3	Background of the issue: I am trying to register WPML by entering my key. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. Symptoms: When I enter my key, I receive a connection error: 'Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 45002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.' Questions: Why am I receiving a connection error when entering my WPML key? How can I resolve the cURL error 28 when registering WPML?...
