Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to remove hreflang from certain pages

for example, i want to remove the below from the page source:

<link rel="alternate" hreflang="en-ca" href="..." />
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="fr-ca" href="..." />
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="x-default" href="..." />
