Background of the issue:
I am trying to restore the translation version as we had left it. Despite not working on the site for a few weeks, an outdated translation shows on the published page. This error appears both on the live and on the staging site. I worked on this page before the later version of WPML was installed, and some of the work happened in Elementor directly. I wonder if the WPML English version got disconnected in such a way that the Advance Translator has the old English version, while, luckily, the posted version is the new text. Symptoms:
Some text is in English instead of German on both the live and staging sites. The Advance translator has the old version. The live site is the same. Additionally, the license is disconnected and gives an error message.
Questions:
How can I restore the translation version to the latest one?
Why is the Advance Translator showing the old English version?
How can I fix the license disconnection error?
