Hello,

I was trying to follow this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/directory-default-language/#what-is-a-root-page-and-do-i-need-one

to create a root page on the .com

so that from there people can redirect to the correct language/ country

But when ever i do that - the .com is not able to load and i get the error message that there were too many redirects- what could i be doing wrong how can i fix this issue? thanks 🙂

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support forum.
Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Could you please share the steps to see the issue? Currently, I see your domain is hidden link I don't see any .com domain. And it loads fine.

Also, to see the WPML setting please go to WPML > Support > Debug Information and give me the information in the next reply. You can read the detailed instruction here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Thanks
