This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to reschedule the translation of an unpublished post because the date is locked and indicates that it's a copy of the original.
Solution:
We recommend unchecking the "Copy publishing date to translations" option. You can find this setting by navigating to WPML >> Settings. Once you uncheck this option, you should be able to change the publishing date of the translation independently from the original post.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it's outdated, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

Hello,

I tried to create posts in one language that are scheduled to be published.
by example may 5 2024 1PM

Then I translated this post to the other language using the classis WPML editor on the post detail.

However when I want to reschedule the translation to may 5 2024 4PM i can't edit the date because it's locked and tell that it's a copy of the original.

Is it possible to change the date of an translation of an unpublished post?
Please let me know.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. You should be able to achieve it by unchecking the “Copy publishing date to translations” option from WPML >> Settings page as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you
