I understand that you want to set a custom shipping price per currency. If Multicurrency is configured within the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, you can easily set a different shipping price per currency from the WooCommerce Shipping configuration. Go to "WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping" and edit the shipping method. You'll see a popup where you can manually set the shipping price in other currencies. Please check this hidden link">screenshot for a better understanding. If the popup doesn't appear when clicking the edit button in the Shipping Method section, something on your site might be blocking the popup from working properly. Please check the browser console and see if you notice any errors there. If there is any error is logged, please save and share the error log in the next response.
