Hello, I am not sure I understand the issue. I checked the website and I can see the URL of home shows fine for all languages: hidden link > hidden link. Let me know how can I see the issue and if you still need our help. Regards, |

Thanks for the reply. We have temporarily solved the issue wit ha redirect plugin, but this isn't a good solution as the default language is still set to Russian, and when an internal link in the Hebrew homepage is clicked - the page that opens is in Russian. The issue still exists when I try to change the default language to Hebrew the page that opens when going to hidden link is hidden link (it is not the case now as the site is live and we're using that temp redirect solution. |

Since I'm not the admin of the site I don't have an option to create a staging site. I can setup a user for you, and you can see for yourself. The site is backed-up and it's not a big deal if it's down or broken for a few minutes, as long as the issue can be resolved. If possible please reply to yeshai@lang-studio.com as I am writing on the website owner's account but it would be easier if we could communicate directly. |

Hello, I am sorry but it would be needed for you to check the suggested steps before we continue. Please first check and follow my instructions from the last reply and then we can continue on the next step, it would speed things up. Otherwise, I can share instructions on how to share a copy of the website if the issue still happens in the minimal environment as I suggested in my previous reply. As for email, I am afraid we can not do that but you can adjust your user email from the WPML.org account. Let me know. Regards, |

Hi Can I still get assistance with the issue? I have tried turning off all plugins, and the issue was not resolved. At this point I can't create a staging site, but can give access to support, and the site is backed up, and can be offline for maintenance if needed. |

Hello, sure. 1) Share a step-by-step guide on how can I check and see the issue. 2) Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply. Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue furtherly. I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any. I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible. I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply. I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned. You can safely add your information into these fields. Regards, |

Hi. Thanks for your reply and willingness to help. I actually hired a dev. yesterday to help me reolve the issue. It looks like he was able to solve the problem. If any issues come up again with the translation, I will contact you again. Hope fully I won't need further assistance. |
