[Resolved] Setting Up WPML for a new Wordpress website

Background of the issue:
I am setting up WPML for a new WordPress website at hidden link. I installed the OTGS installer and WPML plugins, which are successfully activated.

Symptoms:
When I go to WP ADMIN -- WPML to start the setting wizard, I get the error: 'There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.' The front end website crashes when WPML is active. On the WP ADMIN - WPML - LANGUAGES page, I cannot see or add any languages. I tried to Unregister WMPL, delete Site Key, re-register and enter new site key but it did not solve the problem.

Questions:
Why am I getting a critical error when trying to start the WPML setting wizard?
Why does the front end website crash when WPML is active?
Why can't I see or add languages on the WPML LANGUAGES page?
Why can't I start the WPML setting process and add languages?

I tried to debug the error and I see this error now when I click on WPML on the WP Admin sidebar:

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. While one of my colleagues picks up this ticket, I’d like to provide some initial debugging steps and see if I can assist you right away.

If you just activated WPML and don't have any translations yet, we recommend resetting WPML and reconfiguring it (Please Backup first):

1. Go to WPML → Support and click the Troubleshooting link.

2. On the Troubleshooting page, under the Reset section, check the 'I'm about to reset all translation and language data' box. Then click the 'Reset and deactivate WPML' button.

3. Activate WPML and reconfigure it.
