[Escalated to WPML Developers team] Shipping and payment wrong translation in email

Please try installing the latest version of WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual , Goto Plugins > Add New > Commercial, Click on "Check For Updates" This will fetch the latest version of WPML plugins .
Check if that helps. Just in case if the issue still persits and happens only with "Refunds E-Mails" may be you can share the admin access to the site I can take a closer look into the issue. I am enabling private reply to securely share the details.
I made a quick test on the staging site, I am unable to reproduct the issue. Please check the attached screenshot evernthing looks good,
I made the order from English lanauges and you can see the Email is all english , May be it is a temporary issue or something related cache. If still have issues, let me know the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
No, you are missing some steps. Kindly check these steps:
- create order in english, you will receive order correctly in english.
- open order from the backend in other language [Arabic]
- change order status, or do refund for example
- The related email you receive will contain arabic and english as mentioned in the issue
- We changed the status for your order, an email withe the issue should be sent to you.
Thanks i am able to reproduce the issue on a test site, Let me check with the second tier for furhter clarification. I will update once I have hear from the team.
I am afraid we don't have any update on this yet, our developers will include a fix for the issue in any of the upcoming releases, We could not provide any estimated time or deadline as it depends on various factors, I will mark the ticket as escalated and updated here once there is any change in the status.
