Background of the issue:
Translation Management page shows "1 translation waiting for review." Clicking that link opens the Translations queue, which just says "No Data." If I clear the filters and then filter again by status Pending review, still nothing shows.
Symptoms:
Translation Management page and Translations queue page disagree.
Questions:
Why does the Translation Management page show "1 translation waiting for review" but the Translations queue says "No Data"?
