slow (12seconds )loading of https://e.ate.wpml.org/... when translating

konstantinA-3	Background of the issue: From yesterday, I have been experiencing slow loading times when using WPML to translate content on my site, hidden link. Specifically, the issue occurs when I click on a product in the English language (which is not the main language) and then click 'Edit Translation'. Symptoms: The page hidden link... takes about 12 seconds to load, sometimes less, sometimes more. Occasionally, it shows an error message 'Full queue'. Questions: Is this slow loading related to hidden link server or to our server?
