This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where some product variations are not showing on the translated site.
Solution:
1. Deactivate and delete unnecessary WPML addons:
- Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual
- WPML CMS Navigation
- WPML ElasticPress
- WPML Sticky Links

2. Sync product variations:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status.
- Click the "Troubleshooting" link.
- Select the "Sync products variations" checkbox and click the Start button.

3. Re-save the product:
- Go to Dashboard > Products and open the edit screen of the original product.
- Make a minor change (e.g., add an extra space) and save.
- Update the translation if required.

4. Test on a minimal installation:
- Create a backup or use a staging site.
- Switch to a default theme and deactivate all plugins except essential WPML and WooCommerce plugins.
- Check if the issue persists and reactivate plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.

If these steps do not resolve your issue or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Welcome to WPML support. I will answer this ticket before it is assigned to one of my colleagues.

First things first, I do see some WPML addons installed that are not necessary and will clutter your website.

Please deactivate and delete the plugins below:

- Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual
- WPML CMS Navigation
- WPML ElasticPress
- WPML Sticky Links

Secondly, make sure you sync the variations:

- Go to WooCommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual > Status.
- Scroll down and click the "Troubleshooting" link.
- Select only the "Sync products variations" checkbox and click Start button.
- See if it fixes the issue?

Third, check if re-saving the product fixes the issue:

- Go to your Dashboard > Products.
- Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appear beside the 2nd language links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.

Finally, check if the same thing happens on a minimal installation:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
. WPML Multilingual CMS
. WPML String Translation
. WooCommerce
. WooCommerce Multilingual
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.

Hi Christopher,
Thank you for your suggestions. I got down to your second suggestion and it did not work. But, I noticed on the same troubleshooting page that "fix translated variations relationships" had 61 items that needed attention. So, I dared to go ahead and check that field and run the troubleshooter. This that solved my problem!!! yea!!! I have attached a screenshot of the troubleshooting page. As you can see there are some other issues that may need attention. In your opinion, should I go ahead and run the troubleshooter on the other items that seem to have issues?
Thank you again,
Bonnie

Hello Bonnie,

note that this tools will show number of possible product that fix can be used, not number of products that needs fix. After you have run it, it will still show in some cases same number.

Sure, you can run also other fix/sync option.

Regards,
Drazen
