[Resolved] some string translations are not displayed in Armenian, they are still in english
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues where some string translations are not displayed in Armenian on their development site, despite following previous support suggestions. Solution: We recommend increasing the memory limit of your site to meet the minimum requirements of WPML and also the requirements for Elementor. Insufficient memory can prevent translated strings from displaying correctly.
If you're experiencing this issue on other sites, such as issues related to product categories and attributes on an online shop, please open a new support ticket for each site, providing detailed information.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Additionally, according to your debug information, your WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is still not configured correctly. While the PHP memory limit is set higher, WordPress is only allowed to use 40MB out of the total 394MB available.
Hi! 2 of my tickets were closed, and I have the same issue there. We will change the memory limit settings later for sure, but the memory limit is the same on our our websites, but the problem is only on some of them :
hidden link hidden link
I also have an issue on one of online shops (hidden link). It runs on woodmart and woocommerce, I have correct categories and attributes on the english product page on front end and back end, correct categories and attributes on Armenian and Russian back ends, but on the front end incorrect information is displayed.
Languages: English (English )Spanish (Español )German (Deutsch )
Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)
Hi,
The issue you described is most likely due to the memory limit. Please increase the memory to ensure your site meets the minimum requirements. This is also necessary to meet the requirements for hidden link">Elementor. Low memory can affect the output of already translated strings.
Additionally, you mentioned an issue with one of your online shops (hidden link). It runs on Woodmart and WooCommerce. While the categories and attributes are correct on the English product page (both front end and back end) and on the Armenian and Russian back ends, the front end displays incorrect information.
In this ticket, we are addressing issues related to strings on hidden link. For issues on other websites, please create a separate ticket and include as many details as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
