Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with my WordPress site hidden link while using WPML. I am trying to manage tasks and translations.

Symptoms:
Some tasks are running in the admin bar, and the Chinese translation does not work.

Questions:
Why are tasks running in the admin bar?
How can I fix the Chinese translation issue?
