Background of the issue:
I am working on the active, registered site hidden link and trying to finish translating a post using WPML. All texts have been translated and are marked as green.

Symptoms:
The translation progress shows only 99% completion, and there is a spinning wheel underneath the text fields. And I cannot finish the translation.

Questions:
WHY does this happen? I have experienced this behaviour on several websites with WPML installed. Even with different accounts. I cannot finish the translation. Is it because of the spinning wheel? I have asked this here support question but found an easier solution. This solution does not work here. I have switched to the old translator and LOST 86 % OF TRANSLATED TEXT. What is wrong with WPML plugin?

Hello,

When using HTML markup that fomrats text or adds links to content, the WPML Translation Editor will add HTML markers which will need to be set identically on the translated segments.

Could you please verify if all the markers are set properly?

If this does not clarify the issue, please try to edit the original content, save it and then open the translation again and complete it, as sometimes this issue can occur if the original content has been updated while a translation was currently still in progress.

If this will still not solve the issue, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
