Hello,
I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and I am working on resolving all issues for you with our team as the cases have been escalated.
The logo issue is now resolved, and we are waiting on a solution for the blank images in the carousels.
I can see these are the items being added to the .htaccess.

I still see black images.
Also, when resolved, is it possible to help me moving the langage selector outside of my menu and add it on top right corner ? Like FR/EN/IT

We have some progress, the changes to the images via the WordPress backend are not producing any positive results.
We were able to create a script that will run one time and will go over all of the jpg attachments and convert that postmeta to webp from jpg.
doing this test on the cloudways environment, produced positive results and fixed the images.
We can run this on the live site, however, please confirm that this is ok for us to do as well as make sure that a recent working backup is in place since that is a live site.
NOTE: Yes, that should not be a problem

Hello,
Ok if it will not impact performances. It went from jpg to webp to reduce the size of images.
It was done through an image optimization plugin.

As you can see there, on my wordpress dashboard I see a WPML popup suggesting to activate an auto detection for images

81 attachments were processed.
The performance should not be affected since we are making sure that any leftover jpg attachments are switched over to webp format so that should actually improve performance.
Please review and let me know if they are showing OK now.

Hello , it seems almost all good.
I see most images are back but some not. For example, one image from HP is still impacted.
And do you confirm that I will keep them even if I run my image optimization plugin?

The problem is that the optimization plugin is turning jpegs or pngs to webmp, however, some of the content is still calling jpg and png which is why it turns to blacked out.
since there is only a few, are possibly able to re upload the blacked out ones at the moment with webp versions manually?
That should resolve the issue
