This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where background images do not appear on the translated versions of their website.
Solution:
We recommend the client to provide more details on how the background image was added. It would be helpful to upload screenshots showing where the image is configured (such as theme options or page builder) and the settings used for the background image. This information will help us better understand the setup and provide a more accurate solution.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Could you please provide more details on how this background image was added?

It would be very helpful if you could also upload screenshots showing:
• Where it is configured (theme options, page builder, etc.)
• The settings used for the background image

This will help me better understand your setup.
