Problem:
The client is unable to see a newly added photo in WPML Media Translation and is unsure how to translate it. Additionally, the client expressed confusion about not receiving email notifications for support replies.
Solution:
We discovered that the default translation settings for Media were incorrectly set to 'Not translatable'. To resolve this, the client should:
1. Verify why the Media translation setting was changed to 'Not translatable' and check if other settings were altered.
2. Change the setting back to 'Translatable' to ensure images function correctly with WPML, as this setting allows WPML to duplicate the database entry for each language.
3. Translate the images via WPML → Media Translation.
