This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with duplicate WPML keys showing in the Account section, with concerns about affecting translations and the correct domain representation.
Solution:
We recommend creating a full website backup first. After securing your backup, you can safely remove the WPML key that is no longer in use. This action will not affect your translations as they are stored in the database, not loaded from our servers. To resolve the issue of incorrect domain representation, remove both keys for the domain, generate a new PRODUCTION key, and then navigate to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial. Here, unregister WPML from the old key and re-register it with the new key.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket.

Thanks. The banner is now removed.

But now I have duplicates showing in the Account section of WPML

The first one in the screenshot is the one thats active. But it shows no 'ticks' which worries me?!

The third one in the screenshot I think I should remove, but I am worried it will effect the translations on the site (its now a live production site and it took a long time to get WPML working across the site, so I don't want to risk messing anything up)

Hi there.

The translations that you create with WPML are saved inside the database. They are not loaded from our servers or anything like that.

I recommend that you create a full website backup and then feel free to remove the WPML key that you are not using anymore. At the moment, because you are using 2 production keys for the same domain, you are practically taking up one production key that you could use for a different domain (your subscription type is the one in the middle, from the screenshot I attached).

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

OK, but the issue now is that on the accounts page, the old key (which has been updated to point at the product site smithstonewalters.com) is coming up as the test domain.
But on the keys page it's pointing to the correct domain...

What you see there, due to the changes that took place along the way, might not be accurate anymore.

So a solution for this (after you create a full website backup) would be to simply remove both keys for that domain, then generate a new PRODUCTION key, then copy it, then go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > REregister WPML with the new key.

That should do it.
