Our wait time is higher than usual, please make sure you are meeting the minimum requirement - https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements before you report issues, and if you can take a look at current Known Issues - https://wpml.org/known-issues/. Thank you.
we are still discussing this since we are having trouble deploying your website on a local host or taking a proper package, and it is difficult to debug properly on your server. I will update you when I have some news but it will take a few more days.
I need to setup staging so we can use it too since we launched the web yesterday and we need a staging environment we can use. I'll have to activate the plugins and our theme but let me know if you'll need to test anything else on staging so we can stop whatever we might be doing on the environment.
Thanks!
Sorry for the delays, we are checking it further and we have some questions.
We have found that, having used the workaround described above, we can now go to the WPML > Taxonomy Translation page and edit the same taxonomy labels via that route and it works normally.
Was it only this taxonomy that was affected, or are there others, too?
If there are many others then we can look into what the root cause is, but if it is only one or two others then best would be to use fix/workaround from above and fix those few taxonomies.
