It turns out there is an issue relating to linking to the shop page.
Such internal links are handled automatically by WPML, and the target URLs are not offered for translation.
But the shop page is a little different, because it's not a real page, it is actually the WooCommerce product archive. Because of this, we don't recognise it as an internal link, and it is treated as an external link. (We have a ticket to fix the issue, but it is how it works currently.)
External links are not offered for translation in the translation editor unless you actually search for them, as shown in my screenshot, where I'm searching for "boutique", which finds the untranslated "external" link to the shop page.
It is necessary to provide the url of the translated shop page manually.
I've done that for both the English and Thai pages, and both are currently working.
Again, I'll mark this ticket as awaiting your feedback, and you can keep an eye on it over the next few days in case the links revert.
hi,
I understand, but once again, the problem is that it changes on its own, I had already modified these links, and I noticed later that they returned to a French link on their own, I need to be sure that the site works well without having to check everything every day !
why does it change by itself?
I know you were working on this with Waqar previously, but I need to see it happen myself to be able to try and trace what triggered it, which means keeping an eye on it to catch when (if) it happens again.
Sorry about that, but we can hopefully get to the bottom of the problem.
I haven't forgotten about the credits; when these problems are resolved I will adjust those.
