This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed to change the email address for each language on their website but could not find where to do this.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to locate and translate the email address:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. At the bottom of the page, click on the "Translate texts in admin screens" link.
For more detailed guidance, we provided a link to our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
