This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's translated Cookie Policy page is not displaying the page name, only the pageID.
Solution:
We suspect the page was initially created as a draft and wasn't properly synced with its translated version. Alternatively, it might have been auto-translated with a setting enabled that requires drafts to be reviewed before publishing. To resolve this, please check your settings under WPML > Settings.

Next, navigate to Pages > All, select Spanish from the language filters, locate your Spanish page, click Quick Edit, and ensure its status is set to Published, not Draft.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the issue persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Update:

Ok, so I have the full Cookie Policy translated and the only remaining issue is that the name of the page isn't showing - only the pageID - not sure what I need to do to get that part fixed?

Hello again,

Most likely, the page was originally created as a draft and wasn’t properly synced with the translated version. Another possibility is that it was auto-translated while you have the option enabled to review drafts before publishing. You can check this setting under WPML > Settings.

In any case, you can change it by going to Pages > All, then selecting Spanish from the language filters (All languages / English / Spanish). Find your Spanish page, click Quick Edit, and make sure its status is set to Published, not Draft.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen

Thank you so much - that was all it was - needing to publish the page. Love easy fixes!
