It sounds like a compatibility issue. Do you still have a staging site available on which the same issue occurs, so that we can run further tests?
It would be important to know if you can replicate this issue running only WooCommerce, W3 Total Cache, and WPML plus add-ons.
Please also make sure that all plugins are updated.
You can find new versions for WPML at Plugins > Add new > Commercial. Click on "Check for WPML Updates" and install the latest version WPML 4.7 and updated versions for most of our add-ons.
If you can still replicate the issue after that, we might need to try to recreate and escalate this problem.
