This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was facing an issue where the 'read more' text in the posts was not translating correctly using WPML, despite other text translations working fine. This issue persisted even after deactivating the Post Type Order plugin and rebuilding the template.
Solution:
We identified that the untranslated 'read more' text was part of a Toolset template. To resolve this, we translated the specific text using the WPML Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) via the Translation Management section. After applying the translation directly in the Toolset template, the 'read more' button text displayed correctly in the desired language.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If you're still experiencing issues, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

I have found the plugin that was creating the EN template. It is a little plugin that apparently has nothing to do with it: Post Type Order, by Nsp code.

I deactivated the plugin, trashed the template and built it again - a rough version. Now the "Leer/read more" text of the slider get translated correctly.

The only thing that does not is the "read more" of the posts. It's not available in ATE. All the "ller articulo" texts are correctly translated in the string translation...

Hello,

I have checked, and I can see you are adding this inside the Toolset template, so you need also to translate it.

I have translated it and now the button text shows up fine.

Thank you Dražen, I thought I had translated it already.

How did you do it?
With the ATE, with the string translations, or in a different way?

It's weird, everything had been 100% translated with ATE already
