In several cases, translated text rows that were previously completed and saved later become empty again. This happens even though the translation was saved and marked as complete. I then have to re-enter the translations manually, sometimes multiple times.

This behavior appears inconsistent, but it affects both titles and regular content fields. It creates a risk of missing content on live product pages.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. This issue usually occurs if the original language content is modified after the translation is completed.

If the default language content hasn’t been changed, could you please check the steps that lead to this issue and share any additional details or examples?
