This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find an option to translate selected text within a widget.

Solution:
We recommend adding different widgets for each language. Alternatively, to translate the widget text, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Translate texts in admin screens link.
3. This will direct you to a searchable list of admin strings. Search for the string you want to translate and click Add to String Translation.
4. Return to WPML > String Translation to perform the translation.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on translating texts in admin screens.

Hello,

as explained you can add different widgets for each language. Otherwise you can translate it, since this widget is coming from your theme you need to add it for translation.

- Go to WPML → String Translation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Translate texts in admin screens link.
- This takes you to a searchable list of admin strings. Search and click Add to String Translation.
- Go back and translate it from WPML > String translation.
