Background of the issue:
I am trying to update translated WP Forms on my site hidden link. Our translated WP Forms have staging URLs appearing in them.

Symptoms:
We cannot update these staging URLs in the translated forms, but can in the main forms.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. Could you please check if the Site URL and WordPress URL are both set to your main domain? You can do this by going to Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard. If they’re pointing to a staging URL, please change them to your main site URL. After that, go to Settings > Permalink and save the permalink structure, then check if the issue persists.

If that’s the case, you might need to update the form translation. Make a small change to the text or image in the default form and save it. Then, update the translation by following the steps in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/#translate-wpforms-with-wpml

Please make sure that the WPForms Multilingual is active on your site.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi there,

1. Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard. If they’re pointing to a staging URL, please change them to your main site URL.

Where can you change the URLs here?

2. After that, go to Settings > Permalink and save the permalink structure, then check if the issue persists.

Save which structure? There are 6 options for the Permalink structure.

Can you please share more information on these steps? Quite unclear I'm afraid.

I have also tried the below steps to no avail.

Confirming that WPForms Multilingual is active on my site.

Please provide additional information or next steps if you can.

Hi There!
Thank you for the update.

1. In "Settings > General," you’ll find two fields: **WordPress Address (URL)** and **Site Address (URL)**. Both should contain your site's main URL (e.g., `hidden link`). If they already do, no further changes are needed.

2. I didn't specify which option to select because you should have already chosen one. Simply saving the permalink structure will refresh it. We recommend using the 'Post Name' structure. You can select that and click save.

Could you kindly confirm these first? If the issue persists, I will be happy to take a closer look and assist further.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
