This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the Stripe payment string during the booking checkout was not translating to English, even though it was translated using the string translator.
Solution:
We discovered a second instance of the string that was incorrectly registered as English. We corrected the language of the string to Italian and added the English translation. We then recommended clearing the cache to ensure the changes take effect. After these steps, the English translation appeared correctly on the English page.

Background of the issue:
I have hotel booking motopress in my site. During booking checkout there is a string related to stripe payment...pay with stripe visa etc etc. The default language is italian, but in english i see the string in italian despite the string is translated using string translator. walkermirabiliahouse.it/wp-admin egoy2e %uZhj5WtV]Z0

I found a second instance of the string, but it had been incorrectly registered as English. I changed the language of the string to Italian and added the English translation. Now, after clearing the cache, I can see the English translation on the ENglish page. Please see attached screenshot.

yes the first string is translated, the second one no....anyway let's see if possible otherwise i will delete the second one
