Background of the issue:
Synchronize cart content when switching languages to work with composite products. When there are products added to cart in one language and then switched to another language there are two problems that occur ONLY with composite products
- If amount is switched up -> the sub products 2x this amount (should be same)
- Cannot delete a product from cart -> gives error that one of the sub products is not available (all translations are updated, cache cleared and everything else works.)

Symptoms:
After switching languages:
Unable to edit composite products in cart
Unable to remove composite products in cart

Questions:
How can this be fixed (keeping the cart sync between languages on? WPML says it has full compatability with WooCommerce composite products.

Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out to WPML Support.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.

For WooCommerce Composite, Subscription, Booking, and similar product types, it’s recommended to keep Cart synchronization disabled to avoid potential issues. We also display a notice in the Backend advising you to enable the option to reset the cart when switching languages.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual Settings, and under the Cart section, choose the "Prompt for a confirmation and reset the cart" option for "Switching languages when there are items in the cart." This will reset the cart, requiring users to re-add products in the secondary language. In this way, the issue you encountered on the Cart page will not happen.

I hope you can understand. Please feel free to let us know if you have any other question or need assistance. We will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
